Instalation: Simply Unzip everything to "C:/WINDOWS/Plus!/Themes" (without the " ") and then the Theme will be installed.

Coments: This Theme I think is one of me best made yet. It comes in 3 different Screen Resolutions (640x480, 800x600, 1024x768) and I think all the Mouse Pointers, Icons and Sounds are great!
