Creative Labs Europe was established in November 1993 to capture a bigger share of the growing European Market potential. A fully fledged European Operation was put into place by General Manager, Michael Sullivan.

The European Operation consists of Local Sales Offices throughout Europe providing localised sales and marketing support and a European Operations and Technical Centre (EOTC) in Ireland. The EOTC acts as the central hub to Creative Labs' fast growing European business, providing efficient product supply and customer support to complement our subsidiaries' activities in several countries.

Creative Labs Europe also has offices in Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Spain, and France.
