Image In ShareVision Self Window Is Black-And-White

Problem:

You may encounter a black-and-white video display in the self window when using ShareVision. This can happen under the following conditions:

S-Video is selected as the video source.
PAL is selected as the video format.
The ShareVision camera is not functioning properly.

Solution:

Go into the Video Source section of the Adjust Self Video menu and do the following:

Ensure Composite has been selected as the video source.
Ensure NTSC has been selected as the video format.

If the above suggestions do not resolve the problem, please test the camera by replacing the ShareVision camera with another NTSC input source (e.g. VCR).
