Exporting In ShareVision Whiteboard

A. The following steps can be used to export a ShareVision Whiteboard that contains snapshot as well as annotations as a bitmap file:

1. Use snap-shot to capture the background image.
2. Type the required annotations over the image.
3. Then use Screen Capture to select the image + annotation and save it as a .BMP file.

Q. If you "Select All" in the Whiteboard for exporting, it will prompt you to select a bitmap for export. What then?

A. You will have to change the cross-cursor to pointer by clicking on the toolbar before exporting it.
