Due to some incompatibility with certain systems, users who have installed the Creative's 3D Blaster PCI card may encounter a problem resulting in the computer system hanging, blank screen after rebooting, or corrupted screen.
Download the latest BIOS to update the card's BIOS. Please read the README.TXT file in the download after unpacking the file for detailed instructions prior to updating.
