Serious Communication Error In ShareVision

Problem:

When attempting to receive a snapshot or share an application, the following error message is displayed:

A serious communication error has occured.

Solution:

You may encounter the above error message when a data collision has occurred, because both users are trying to perform the same action at the same time. Below are two examples:

The user tries to select a snapshot from the remote user and the remote user sends a snapshot at the same time.
Both users attempt to start a shared application simultaneously.

To avoid such problems, you should coordinate your ShareVision activites by voice to avoid data collision.
