Playback Volume Of Personal Greeting In SuperVoice Too Low

Problem:

In SuperVoice, after recording a personal greeting overwriting the original greeting, the playback volume of the personal greeting becomes very soft when heard through the headset of the party dialing into the system. The volume remains soft even though the master volume in the Creative Mixer is tuned all the way up and the volume in SuperVoice is set to High.

Cause:

In Super Voice, under SELECT SCRIPT, the OUTPUT DEVICE is configured to SOUND CARD. This will cause the playback volume to be soft.

Solution:

Click on the Select button in Select Script, change the OUTPUT to HANDSET.
